Meeting on a designated Sunday once every month, the teens will enjoy a full range of specially customized workouts under the guidance and supervision of professional trainers and instructiors. Activities will include cardio exercises, Activites will include cardio exercises, weight training, Yoga, calistheniics, and aerobics. Machine workouts will include treadmills, stationary bikes, stair-steppers, and elliptical machines. In addition to providing fun and improved circulation, this program will give the teens an oppurtunity to socialize with peers and learn the importance of maintaining good health and physical fitness. An added benifit of the program is it's provision of a special forum and focus for this age-group, as they are caught in that challenging stage between childhood and adulthood.
